Dear People, I was a diplomat''s daughter at ESC for two years, age 11, 12. Among my best friends were the Hussein sisters from Pakistan, whom I have met there in recent years. Just to be at ESC was a wonderful education in itself, in tolerance etc, unlike the school in UK I returned to. (I became a writer on human rights and development.) Anyone else remember a dumpy accident-prone girl with plaits?
