Important Update for the Cape Cod North American
ESC Reunion

DATE:
September 9-11, 2005, with the main event taking
place on Saturday evening, September 10, 2005.

HOTEL:
We have booked a limited number of rooms at the
RED JACKET - BLUE ROCK RESORT - BEST WESTERN"
located in South Yarmouth, Cape Cod,
Massachusetts.

Reservations: 1-800-CAPE-COD or 1-508-398-6962.

Number of rooms & rates are as follows: -
- 9 rooms with 2 double beds @ $125 ea.
(Standard room size)
- 4 rooms with 2 queen beds @ $150 ea. (Largest
room size)
- 4 rooms with 1 king bed @ $125 (Standard room
size)
- 2 rooms with 1 queen bed @ $125 (Standard room
size)

For OBOGs who would like to extend their stay
(either before and/or after the reunion), the
WEEKDAY rates are $15 off the above rates.

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Rooms can be reserved on "first come, first
served" basis. After June 30, 2005 room
availability & rates are not guaranteed. When
making your reservation please advise the hotel
that you are attending the " ESC OLD BOYS/OLD
GIRLS REUNION". When you make your reservation,
please ask about the hotel's cancellation
policy. You can cancel your reservation before
August 29, 2005, without paying a penalty,
however, make sure you understand from the hotel
their cancellation policy, just in case there
were any changes in the general cancellation
policy.

The objective is for all of us to stay at one
and the same hotel. To date we counted a total
of 34 OBOGs including spouses & friends who have
indicated their intention to attend, and we
expect that number to grow. We therefore urge
you to make your reservations at Blue Rock as
soon as possible. If you delay and the hotel
informs you that rooms are no longer available,
please email either Sawsan
(mohamed.nosseir@worldnet.att.net) and/or Mado
(mozaki@aol.com) and they will recommend
alternative accommodations (which will likely be
more expensive).


CAPE CODE EVENTS DURING THE REUNION:

Friday, September 9: Arrivals and Casual Dinner
(to be determined)
Saturday, September 10: Morning - Breakfast at
the hotel. Morning/Afternoon - touring the
Cape. Evening: Main Dinner at the hotel.
Sunday, September 11: Optional trip by ferry to
Nantucket Island - LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE
INTERESTED and would like to participate. This
is basically a whole day event and you would be
returning to the Cape in the evening, so you may
want to spend an extra night (Sunday night) on
the Cape.

A schedule of proposed events, including our
main reunion dinner, will follow soon. ...
