CAPE COD, MASSACHUSETTS, USA



SEPTEMBER 9 to 11, 2005



EVENTS REQUIRING AN ADVANCE PAYMENT

1. Main Event Dinner, Saturday, September 10,

2005 at the Old Yarmouth Inn

Dinner cost : $35.00 per person. Please select

fish, meat or chicken for the entree when you

send in your cheque.

2. Nantucket Ferry Trip, Sunday, September 11,

2005.

Ferry cost: $38.00 per person (based on 20

persons - price may be adjusted later to match

the number of participants).

3. Optional one-hour bus tour on Nantucket

Island, September 11, 2005.

In addition to the ferry cost add an extra

$13.00 per person for the one hour tour of the

island.
