The ESC Graduates' Association held its third annual reunion on Friday, March 3, 2000 at the Oasis on the deck of Le Pacha Nile boat. It was a warm sunny day and more than 280 persons attended. They started gathering from noon and the fun really began when Rula Galal Zaki started singing some old hits which encouraged many couples to get up and dance. Lunch was at 3 pm in the form of a superb open buffet which had been specially prepared by the French chef of Le Pacha. Later, a tombola was held and the nineteen prizes ranged from a mobile telephone to restaurant meal tickets. These had been kindly donated by members of the Association. Everyone had a wonderful time and requests for more frequent gatherings were made by most attendees.
